I am super stoked to be returning to SUP Westchester for my second season teaching SUP yoga!  My passion for SUP yoga stems from the way in which it  integrates my love of yoga with my love of the sea.  I strive to create classes that blend peace and surrender with challenging postures and balances.  Each class is taught to welcome and challenge practitioners of every level.  Our classes have play at their core and are anchored by the peace of our minds, bodies, and environment.  The unstable surface of the paddle board provides a unique way to engage your core and deeper musculature without conscious effort, thus deepening and enhancing your sea and land based yoga practice. Come see what all the rage is about!

I live locally in Larchmont with my husband and three children.   I have been practicing SUP yoga for six years and Yoga for 15. I receive my 200 hr yoga teacher training from Gina Norman at Kaia yoga in 2010 and my Paddle and SUP yoga certifications from Gillian Gibree at Paddle into fitness in 2017. I am a registered nurse working in the operating rooms at Greenwich Hospital.  Additionally, I am a Waterfront American Red Cross lifeguard.
