For SUP Yoga and SUPFIT classes it is recommended that you are comfortable on the paddleboard and are able to paddle at a good pace for 15 minutes. If you are not comfortable paddleboarding please take a group or private paddleboarding lesson first before signing up for both of these classes.

SUPFIT Classes

Ages 14 & Up

This is a mixed level interval training workout targets every muscle in the body. You will be doing between 1-6 sets of each exercise for either 20,30 or 45 seconds with a 10 second rest. Engage your core like never before while balancing on the board. Class starts with a good paced 15 minute paddle out to anchors, 30 minute class, 15 minute paddle back to SUP Westchester.

1 Hour Group Class

  • 1hr Single Group Class $35
  • 5 Pack of 1hr Group Classes $150 (can be used towards any 1hr group class)

SUP Yoga

Ages 14 & Up

SUP Yoga classes are mixed level classes. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome. The classes are taught to accommodate and challenge yogis of all levels. Classes are a mixture of peacefulness and playfulness.  Come with open minds and leave with open bodies and open hearts.  Class starts with a 15 minute good paced paddle out to anchors, 1hr mixed level flow, 15 minute paddle back to SUP Westchester.

1.5 Hour Group Class

  • 1.5hr Single Group Class $45
  • 5 Pack of 1.5hr Group Classes $200 (can be used towards any 1.5hr group class)
